account.
You control your connections and can request deletion of your BrandRelay account. Here’s how.
Review your connections
Open Settings and disconnect the services you no longer want BrandRelay to use. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not erase existing workspace records.
Request account deletion
Choose Delete account in Settings. Review the notice and confirm. Deletion pauses new workspace changes, waits for uploads to finish, removes the data you are authorised to delete, then signs you out. Retry if an upload is still finishing; contact support if it remains stuck.
What happens next
Provider tokens are revoked or removed where supported. Limited security, audit, tax or legal records may be retained where justified and then removed under the applicable retention period. Backups may take longer to expire. Deleting BrandRelay does not delete your Google, Instagram, or WhatsApp account.
