Workspace isolation
Workspace access is checked on the server. Creator assignments further limit manager access where applicable.
Safe actions
Review actions before they happen, unless you have enabled a specific automation rule. Approvals expire and must match the current deal. Repeated clicks are checked to prevent duplicate actions.
Verified updates
Updates from connected services are authenticated, size-limited and protected against duplicate delivery before they are processed.
Sensitive files
Uploaded originals use private storage and stay quarantined until required checks succeed. Download links expire and are issued only after workspace access checks. A private upload can contain sensitive information; we do not claim that the service stores no sensitive data. The separate local document reader processes a selected screenshot or PDF on your device before you decide what to save.
Connected accounts
Access tokens are encrypted, kept away from the browser and excluded from operational logs.
AI boundaries
Email, documents and messages are treated as untrusted data. Their contents cannot grant permissions, bypass approval policy or authorize provider actions.
