Your data at a glance
BrandRelay stores the deal information and relevant messages needed to run your workspace. Contracts, invoice records and uploaded files can contain sensitive information. These records are private to authorised workspace members and the providers required to deliver your chosen features. We do not sell personal data or use connected email data for advertising. You can disconnect accounts, export your records or request deletion.
Who operates BrandRelay
BrandRelay is independently operated by an individual. For privacy questions, access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal or complaints, email admin@brandrelay.co.in. Last updated 9 September 2026. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older.
Data we process
We process account identity, workspace membership, selected provider authorisations, relevant creator-business communications, deal and contract details, private uploads, campaign records, invoice and payment records, manager instructions and security/usage logs. A payment record is not permission to access your bank account.
Why we use it
We use data to authenticate you, organise your workspace, discover relevant conversations, prepare requested analysis and drafts, execute authorised actions, meter usage, investigate faults and prevent abuse. Connecting a provider is optional. You can use manual workflows without connecting a mailbox.
Connected email
Connecting Gmail is optional. Discovery reads messages within a bounded scan to identify sponsorship conversations. For relevant conversations, we retain message text, sender and recipient details, subject, provider identifiers and extracted deal information. For messages classified as unrelated, the import stores limited metadata and omits the body; classification can make mistakes. Saved reply drafts and manager conversations are also retained. Sending needs the appropriate Gmail permission and your approval or an automation rule you explicitly enabled. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not erase records already saved.
Screenshots, PDFs and local reading
The Read a document tool runs in your browser. It reads embedded PDF text first and uses local OCR when needed; its reading models are served by BrandRelay. Selecting a file for this tool does not upload the file or recognised text. You review and edit the result before adding it to a form. Saving or submitting that form sends the selected text for that feature. Uploading an original document through the separate private-file upload does store it in your workspace. Local OCR is distinct from optional advanced analysis.
Google API data commitments
BrandRelay’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Human access is limited to your authorised support requests, security investigations, legal obligations or other uses permitted by that policy.
Providers and processing
Hosting and application delivery use Vercel; account, database and private storage services use Supabase. Connected features communicate with Google or Meta as applicable. Resend handles account notices only when its verified sending domain and delivery service are enabled. When enabled, advanced analysis sends the submitted text to the configured OpenAI or Google Gemini provider; file processing may use the configured malware scanner and extraction service. Their availability and data processing depend on deployment configuration. Ask support for the currently enabled subprocessors and processing locations.
Offline tools and the demo
Text entered in Drafts & safety stays in the page’s memory unless you explicitly save or use it in a separate workspace action; local checks do not call an AI provider. Copying text places it on your device clipboard. Demo records are fictional and stored in your browser. Do not enter sensitive real information into a shared demo or shared device.
Sharing and international processing
Records are visible to authorised workspace members and service providers needed for selected features. Data may be processed outside your country. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse. We do not sell personal data. We will identify applicable transfer safeguards when required.
Cookies and diagnostics
Authentication uses necessary session cookies. Theme preferences and demo records use browser storage. When enabled, Vercel collects traffic and performance diagnostics for public information pages, such as page paths, referrers, device/browser categories and coarse location. Workspace, account and admin routes are excluded, and page query strings are removed. BrandRelay also calculates restricted operator statistics from workspace records, including deal counts, agreed values, invoices and recorded receipts. The operator statistics page presents totals rather than message bodies, contracts or bank details. No advertising cookies are required for the core service.
Retention and deletion
We retain workspace records while needed to provide the service and for justified security or legal purposes. Disconnecting a provider revokes future access but does not itself erase existing workspace records. Use account deletion or contact support for erasure. Backups, audit records and legal holds may take longer to expire; ask support for the applicable retention schedule and deletion status. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup.
Your rights and complaints
You can manage integrations and consent, export available records and request account deletion in Settings. Email admin@brandrelay.co.in for correction, access, deletion or a complaint; we may verify identity before disclosing or changing records. Withdrawing a permission stops dependent features. You retain the right to approach a competent authority under applicable law.
Security and changes
We use authentication, workspace access controls and private storage to protect records, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected exposure to admin@brandrelay.co.in. Material policy changes will be communicated through the service or account contact where practical.
